#the52project Week9

post by casey.

maybe coming home from vacation is stillllllll a little hard! Which is completely ridiculous - I can recognize when I'm being a baby;). Or maybe Homer's attitude or the shortage of funds for a Target run or eating like garbage or Jacob having to work all weekend or my craving Spring.

point. I'm sick of my piss-pour-attitude. I read something recently about finding the joy in your days. The simple things. Sometimes our circumstances may be too big to change overnight...or at all. But that doesn't mean we don't have complete control over our attitudes - even I'm annoyed at my attempt at a positive attitude here...so I don't blame you if you're rolling your eyes right now;).

pointtttttt. I have NOTHING to complain about and so I'm going to stop doing that. Honestly, I think I'm just bored and lack the time or money to do anything about it in a big way. #getoveritbitch

i've seen someone I follow on Instagram doing a Good List. And I love it. So simple, yet very inspiring. I'm hoping to do something similar, as a reminder that no matter how bad the day seemed, there's always good to be found in it:)

  1. Casey, I have a book suggestion for you. Erma Bombeck's. "At Wit's End". It's very funny and an easy read. She said someone gave her book to a woman in prison and the woman said if she had read that book she would not have done the horrible thing she did. I think you will enjoy it and get some laughs too
